Her journey started in Administration and developed into Systems Strategy. In 2016, Phylicia left her job and stepped out on faith to pursue entrepreneurship full-time. Currently, through PLH Consulting, Phylicia helps mom entrepreneurs develop & implement systems so they can reduce chaos in their business and gain time freedom.
