Kickoff Strategy Session: During this 60 minute call, I'll use my workflow builder spreadsheet to help you map out your client experience workflow, from inquiry to offboarding. And yes, you do get a copy of the spreadsheet.

Here’s how we’ll partner to transform your business:

Tools & Automation Integration: I’ll set up a customized client experience automated workflow, for one service, that immediately starts doing the heavy lifting for you. Imagine working smarter, not harder, with systems running in the background.

Implementation & Support:  Once you've gathered all of your assets, I'll set up your client experience workflow in one week. At the end of the week, you’ll get a Systems Sprint Playbook with a clear action plan to keep your automations working like an assistant long-term. Then, you'll have 14 days of Voxer and/or email support.

THE INVESTMENT

Step 1: Fill out application

You'll receive a decision within 24-48 business hours.

The process if we worked together...

Step 2: Review proposal, sign contract and pay invoice

Pay in full or 50/50 payment plan option available. Final payment is due 7 days prior to the start of Sprint Week.

Step 3: Schedule your kickoff call (questionnaire attached)

Once your deposit (or full payment) is paid, you will receive a link to schedule your kickoff call. A questionnaire will be attached to the scheduler.



Step 4: Show up to the kickoff call :)

Step 5: Gather workflow assets

After your kickoff call, you'll know exactly what assets you need, in order for me to set up the workflow we mapped out.

Let's say that I'll be setting up your client experience workflow. Some assets you might need are contracts, specific emails, welcome packet, etc.



Step 6: Schedule your sprint week

Your sprint week is a 7 day timeframe where I will be working on setting up your automated workflow. You can schedule this as soon as 2 weeks after your kickoff call or as far out as 2 months.

Whenever you choose to schedule it, your assets must be delivered to me 7 days prior to your sprint week. This is not applicable if you opt to have me create your assets for an additional fee.

Step 7: Delivery and support

At the end of your sprint week, you will receive your Systems Sprint Playbook which will walk through your setup with instructions on how to maintain it.

This will also kick off your 2 weeks of Voxer and/or email support.
